  Customer service at this store is horrible. Young lady wasn't courteous and was more focused on telling co-worker about a story of something that happened at her home. I only wanted a notary. No good morning.....No Thank you. GOOD help is a thing of the past.

  I really like this store but the last two days they have closed earlier than their posted hours. They are pulling the gate 20 minutes early.

  Alex Hines at UPS 3688 provided truly outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, Alex was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and ensured the issue was handled efficiently and correctly. Alex’s positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to encounter someone who goes above and beyond to make sure a customer feels valued, and Alex absolutely did that. UPS 3688 is fortunate to have Alex Hines on their team. I highly recommend this location thanks to his exceptional service.

  My experience at this location on N. Slappey has always been, Perfection!! It's easy peasy, it's the only one I deal with, I've never had a bad experience at this location, it's the only one I deal with, Great customer service, always greeted with a Beautiful smile. I Love going there, it's the very BEST imo.
