Then you can’t have the driver deliver my package today when he just left my house let’s be honest I see why this only has 3.0 stars service is crap if you ask me all I gotta say the driver better knock on my door or me and the manger at the Albany location is going to have some very big problems

Just because he didn't want to drive down the dirt road to our house. Horrible. Fortunately we do know our neighbors and they brought us our packages. Albany, do better!! P.S. the message on the package barely makes sense. Do you all not require a GED for your employees?
