- JJJOct 1, 20251.0SHONTERIA out of the Albany GA FedEx repeatedly delivers every package I order to the SAME wrong address. She cannot read. However, she is consistent. I also get the other person's deliveries. Cannot get anyone at the ALBANY GA office to correct her.

Just because he didn't want to drive down the dirt road to our house. Horrible. Fortunately we do know our neighbors and they brought us our packages. Albany, do better!! P.S. the message on the package barely makes sense. Do you all not require a GED for your employees?

Will not let you speak with a customer service rep and my package has been in anderson sc for almost 3 weeks now and hasnt moved and i cant get any info other than what tracking shows online and i want an explanation why my package has been sitting almost 3 weeks. 1 star is to high of a rating for them. Use ups people atleast they deliver atleast they have so far.
