Showed up from my passport appointment today and was at one point the only customer in the building. Was told by the employee at the front desk that they would let someone know I was here for my appointment. Wasn’t seen until about an hour later. No explanation for why I had to wait in an hour after making an appointment, no apology whatsoever, and the woman who came out to help us with our passport was exceptionally rude. It takes a lot of nerve to be rude to a customer after showing an up an hour late for something you’re supposed to do.

I don't visit the post office often, however I have been two times in the past month to mail items. Each time I stood in a lengthy line and witnessed the interactions with other customers. The staff is absolutely unnecessary rude! Its absolutely ridiculous the way they talk and treat people. There is no reason or excuse for the women there to be that mean. They are on a major power trip and need to stop being so nasty acting to everyone. Thank goodness all I needed was a stamp. Geez

Website says passport walk in hours are Thursdays 3-4:30. We got there at 3:45 and the lady told us the line closed at 3:15. So either update your website or don't lie. Horrible service and rude employees. Would not recommend.
