  Terrence, the general manager needs customer service training. I was told by an employee they are short staffed , and I see why. They probably have a high turnover rate because of the manager of the store. I came in one day to get headshots. He was condescending to two of the workers in the photo areas. He was not nice and told me to come back later for the design team to try and reprint my photo for me because the resolution was way darker then the actual photo. I didn’t mind coming back, but he was not friendly. When I go into a place of business i’m not trying to be anyone’s BFF. I don’t even expect small talk . I just want basic customer service and respect. I am a paying customer .if you're overwhelmed take a step back and ask why are we short staffed? Or take a break if you need to. I am talking about BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE . Not brushing me away and just telling me to come back later. Staples is the only place nearby that does headshots, so I came back a few days later and he was there again. (unfortunately) and says “ we don’t do headshots before 12” with a straight face; I replied “ since when?” Then he said “i’m just joking” I didn’t find it funny since the other day I came you weren't helpful and had a bad attitude. Which I told him. I ended up not getting my headshot printed in the resolution I needed after a SECOND trip . He finally tells me the background is too dark … it would have been nice if he told me that the first time I came instead of wasting my time, and acting like he was going to fix it . Don’t act like you know what you’re doing and don't . Real Customer service goes a long way. A smile goes a long way, & talk to your only 3 employees you have left like that in front of customers. It’s a bad look.

  why is only 1 person working and the other 3 dicking around when you have two lines of 6-8 people each waiting for 20 min.

  I recently purchased digital PDFs focused on nervous system regulation, teen self-esteem, and anger management for our kids to enjoy with us over winter break, and had them printed at Staples and the experience was fantastic! Printing at Staples was quick and professional—the colors were vibrant, the quality was excellent, and the spiral binding was tight and sturdy. The manager was friendly, and the employees were cheerful, which made the visit even better. Even though the store was busy, I was in and out in no time. Everything turned out beautifully, and now we have these amazing resources ready for meaningful family time. Highly recommend both the PDFs and Staples for printing!
