My husband and I applied for passports at this post office, very happy to get help from their staff Dawn here, she was very attentive and careful to teach us to fill out some forms and take beautiful photos for us at a reasonable fee. Our passports were even sent to our home on three weeks.Highly recommended for those in need to apply here👍👍👍

I see I’m not alone in my thoughts of the service of this place. I came in to a passport during the walk-in hours of 3:00-4:30 and the woman handling was not just rude but I would say mean. There is zero reason to treat anyone the way she did and especially because we are customers. This is why the USPS has such a bad rap. I only use UPS to ship things and this just reaffirms that I will not use USPS.

I came in at 4:11 just to send off Some packages and at 4:35 I was still standing in line with About three people in front of me. The front desk lady disappeared for the last 10 minutes. I was in there and when I decided to just leave, she still wasn't out front at the desk horrible, horrible, horrible.

Can’t leave zero starts so let’s go with one. Absolutely horrible service, and extremely rude. The older woman who does the passports is extremely rude. I needed a service done with my passport because I needed to travel within the next couple of days when I proceeded to tell her that I could quickly print out my itinerary she stated that she won’t be here because she’s going to lunch and her lunch takes too long and no one will be able to do it. Save yourself the headache and just go down to the Atlanta location they are much nicer and are willing to help you if you do not understand something. The employees at this location are extremely miserable and want everyone to join them in on their misery.

This place NEEDS to work with all their employees on properly how to scan items!! HIT ACCEPT NOT DELIVERED!! Absolutely disgusting and then you wonder why so many claims are done through you!!! Absolutely horrible. You make a paycheck and so do the people sending these packages you’re messing with our money with every claim submitted because of this!!! Shame on you and your staff!! You hit accept and it’s accepts the item through our selling platform and all buyers see it’s delivered and never see an update EVER! So they claim it’s not been delivered and it works because it’s been delivered at your location! And you want big money paychecks? Now we know why you’ll never get them. Simple task of hitting a two words. ACCEPT or DELIVERED. Also this package has SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS for the customer. So what do you think they will do with a big money item. You’re losing money with claims because of a simple issue!!! Pretty simple id think for the benefits and salaries you get
