- DMdoretha Motton5 days ago1.0I visited this Post Office alot...I gotta to say...how did these folks get this job...no people SKILLS at all...the customer service is the worst I ever seen...the lady that waited on me yesterday looked like she had been in a fight and or just got straight out the bed put uniform on and passed by the bathroom went straight to her car and came to work mad as HELL cause she didn't have to comb her hair, and put on a better bar...she never smiles none of them do basically...unbelievable...a MESS...no since of urgency dont look at you when talking to you...no acknowledgement whatsoever...give me the job...I love people periodt...

My mailbox key stopped opening my box so I asked a neighbor what to do and a mail carrier had changed her lock core with no problem. I left a note for carrier with my phone no. a week ago and never heard back. All the while I was trying to reach the post office by phone, no one ever picked up until 4 days later. I was dialing the number and letting it ring over and over till someone finally picked up today. The person who answered the phone today told me to bring in payment to change the lock, bring my ID and mortgage payment info or the deed, I have lived here 2 years and used this mail box. My name is on all the mail that’s delivered to this box, why do I need to provide the deed to my home if i show my drivers license with my picture and address on it and another form of identification? This post office is just another “government-run office” that makes everything as difficult as possible and uses no logic or common sense in the process!
- APAbel PapazianDec 24, 20251.0Dropped off 7 packages on the counter on Monday the 22st because they said they were super busy and asked to please drop them off and they would take care of them. They were not, I tried calling for 2 hours straight on Tuesday the 22nd with no success. I tried to go in on Wednesday the 24th at 2pm (they are supposed to be open) and it was closed, doors locked, nobody there, and my packages still not scanned 2 days later. Absolutely no regard to how devastating this is to a small business and it happened because they asked me for a favor and instead just stabbed me in my back after agreeing. I'm just baffled how these people could be so absolutely horrendous. For them I don't know if it was laziness or what but for me it's an absolute horrible hit on my livelihood
- KMKevin MathewsDec 17, 20251.0Returned a shipment to the seller citing "Incomplete mailing address" when the mailing address on the order confirmation I received is 100% accurate and correct. I receive shipments almost daily, never had a problem until this one. Tried to call the Acworth Post office and after pressing options on an automated service for 10 minutes was finally routed to "speak with an agent".....sat on hold for 15 minutes. This was a Christmas gift I ordered on December 2nd that has now been returned to sender with zero notifications. I wouldn't have known at all had I not checked the tracking number. Check on December 16th and it said it was "scheduled for re-delivery the next day". Checked today (December 17th) and it said it was returned to send at 1:51pm DECEMBER 16th, so there was no re-delivery attempt. This pisses me off. The lack of customer service is shameful.

Every time I come in here the service is unbelievably horrible. 3 employees available who should be running counters but only one is assisting customers with a line of others waiting. USPS continues to be the last choice to ship and the lack of service is one of the main reasons
