  This store is awesome. They have printed so many beautiful brochures, cards etc for me. They are incredibly efficient with great customer service. I might not have gotten the name right but one employee Justin is notably outstanding!

  I've been going to this UPS store for many years now, and they never disappoint. So helpful and so friendly! Even to me, who comes in at 6:55pm! (I'm sorry!) Kudos to whomever directs the business culture here because the courteous attitude of service permeates all employees across the years. I never go to USPS anymore because they consistently make doing business with them a pleasure!

  I typically have good experiences with UPS and this, unfortunately, is my first and only experience with this location. I sent a backpack to be repaired, but somehow my backpack ended up getting swapped with another item. My box ended up with someone's Amazon return and my item at Amazon. I understand that mix ups happen, but the follow up conversations were quite scattered and they didn't seem to care much about either items that ended up in the wrong location. It felt like their goal was to get this bad situation over with as soon as possible, rather than making me feel informed on next steps and recovery on my item (which now I understand is very unlikely). They did reimburse me for my expenses, plus their blanket $100 insurance, but every conversation just seemed like a rush to get me off the phone despite me being pretty relaxed throughout the process.
