    I had my package redirected to this location. According to tracking information it was delivered on the 14th. They called and let me know there was a package waiting on me. I wasn’t able to arrive until the 25th and they say there is no package and they had to ship it back to the sender “according to their system”. They shipped it back to sender on the 20th, so not even a whole week could they hold the package apparently which makes no sense. Beyond that the 25th is less than 10 days from the 14th (day my package arrived) so I really have no clue what these guys are doing.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this location and felt compelled to share it. I came in with two bags and a small box, all prepaid with QR codes ready to go, everything was organized and ready to ship. When I asked for tape to seal my final box, the employee informed me that I was only allowed two pieces of tape for free. I honestly thought she was joking because I’ve shipped items at plenty of other locations before, and that’s never been an issue. However, when it came time to finish taping my last box, she told me I’d have to purchase an entire roll of tape just to close it up. Instead of offering a reasonable solution or even showing a bit of understanding, she stood firm on that policy with no empathy or effort to assist. It wasn’t about the tape it was about the attitude and lack of basic customer care. I asked for my tracking numbers for the two packages I had already shipped and left. What could have been a simple, five-minute shipping errand turned into a frustrating experience that left a bad taste in my mouth. It’s disappointing, especially for a location that’s newly opened and should be focused on building good relationships with customers. I understand policies exist, but there’s a right way to enforce them, with kindness, flexibility, and basic customer service. Unfortunately, that was missing here. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope management takes this as constructive feedback to improve the way customers are treated moving forward.
