Even worse some manager watched the return line get long and walk away instead of helping told the poor worker to check people out instead of helping. He went to go stock some boxes instead.

However corporate must have cut hours to much. 1 associate at the front register/desk at 10 am with 4 customers deep. 1 associate for the printing, shipping etc. and that was it for 30 minutes. There were customers asking for help on the floor and they started to walk out. We had to walk out due to the 1 associate working at the shipping/printing desk got flustered then rude.
