While waiting 5 other people walked in. The employee waited on 3 of them, still not acknowledging me. The 4th customer pointed and said, "she was in line before us" and the male emplyee looked over and said "Well I will wait on yall first". I simply walked out and will conduct my business elsewhere. I could add other relevant details about this story that would really make it make more sense and put this Staples location and male employee in a bad light but I'll refrain. Really, just disappointed to have experienced this but not surprised. Do better.

It was very busy, but Jamal was efficient and friendly and multitasked, taking care of everyone in a short time. I was back out the door with my beautiful map of Scandinavia in no time.
