  I dont like leaving bad reviews but this is UNACCEPTABLE! I came in to look at a few different things for my office last week and today and happen to need to use the restroom both times. I am honestly not sure what made me take the picture last week but here we are again today and it is almost identical and stinks worse this time. I will probably NEVER again visit this location. I do not understand how the bathroom can look this way and you have many different employees whom work at this location. Do you not have someone who makes sure it is clean and restocked every morning and night at open and close? I truly hope this gets the attention of a manager because last week they didnt take my advice and have someone check it.

  We have been two times in the evening and both times the employees have been lazy and extremely unhelpful. Don’t trust this place either your printing

  Eric, the store manager, got me today, and I’d rate this experience higher if I could. He was into solving things right away and fully knowledgeable and patient. Definitely outstanding customer service, along with patience for the trainees that you could tell. Definitely walked in a little bit scared because of the reviews, but you guys gotta give it a try. Shoutout to people that love their job and what they’re doing. I’d be back a thousand times.

  The associates are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Not only was the service amazing, so were the products. This is now my go to for prints!

  Thursday January 29th 2026 7:15 pm I wasn't sure how many stars to put because I'm feeling a little conflicted right now. Every time I come into the store, which is frequently there is a woman that is always working on the Amazon return desk as well as the other desk. She is frequently left alone with a large workload. Always friendly, always apologetic for the wait and a pleasure to have helping you . This is the second occasion that I've visited this store that an older black gentleman has Has openly and in front of customers yelled at her. Both times seemingly for no reason whatsoever. Seems like he must have chip on his shoulder. I must say, If this person has been appointed as a manager, it is extremely unprofessional to speak to your employees that way in general but when you add doing that in front of multiple customers, it is 100% unacceptable. I wouldn't even say that he was treating her with human decency. He was barking at her like she was a dog BOTH TIMES. Based off of y'all's current reviews, it doesn't seem like you really care. I don't know how much of a difference this is gonna make, but maybe the not so hotheaded pleasant and calm demeanor person should be in charge of the shift instead of this fellow. She's the one that's always doing all the work.
