The older lady that works at this location is rude and unhelpful. Chris, the “manager” is exactly the same. Bad mouthing other customers as well as myself when my boss has done $1000’s in shipping with this location over the past few weeks. Wendy, the younger lady, has been the only one that has been helpful. I work remotely and travel all over the east coast and this has by far been the worst FedEx I have ever been too. All other locations let me drop off whatever documents I am sending that day and work on them as they can. Which is totally fine! I know that what I do takes a lot of time and other customers are on a time crunch so work on their shipments and do mine as you can. The “manager” and older lady seem to think that they are above doing the shipments when that is their job! I believe that it is mostly just plain laziness but who knows. I would recommend driving to the Woodstock or Kennesaw locations.
