    Waiting nearly two hours in line just to ask a simple question is unacceptable. What’s more frustrating is that once you finally reach the counter, the staff often doesn’t even have an answer. Shout-out to Stephanie, who was more than happy to help customers without making them wait in line and actually knew what she was doing. She was the only bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience. Unfortunately, the rest of the team seems extremely unorganized and unprepared, which makes basic tasks unnecessarily difficult. This location seriously needs better training and management

    The absolute worst postal service. Lost my packages TWICE! Now they can't deliver because they have "no access" even though there's nothing stopping them. Absolutely hate this service. Do not deliver your packages with them if you can help it.

    I’ve been to this location a few times, and although there is usually a wait, the team is always is helpful. Even today, with a line out the door and some customers growing impatient, the agent and the postmaster remained calm, courteous, and very apologetic about the delay. Jeff was especially patient — he never made me feel rushed and took the time to help me with my son’s passport application. The postmaster was also positive and friendly, doing everything he could to assist customers.

    I one to give zero star if I can. Unfortunately they don’t let me.. my friends was there yesterday to do a passport -had only 10 minutes late cause traffic so bad.. she bring her child with her. And she got bad experience, rude attitude. And she even want to make another appointment, but He said NO to her .. I was wondering? Where is the manager? And this is WHERE we living in America, everyone would love to treat the same. Why we still have a an employee like that? Why the manager still let it happened?? I know employees some day is a good day, some day is a bad day..I’ve been working for a long time, I’m truly understand that. But if the employees don’t have a good day, then you should ask your manager staying home .. I guess your boss will let u going home better than you loose a customer… if I don’t write a reviews, there will be a lots of people will not getting right treating.. my friends she is so nice that she doesn’t want to let me know his name.. but the thing is he is working as an employee for this location.. so please , who is in charge for this place, take a look carefully what behind the employees been done to all clients…

    I don’t know who they are hiring for delivering mail but for the past two weeks they have been putting “ No access” instead of actually delivering my packages. Never had an issue at all until this new person took over the route. I went to the store waiting over an hour in line just to be told my package wasn’t there and to give it more time because there’s someone new running the route. Line takes forever and the staff takes their sweet time that’s for sure. My house has full access to the mail box and porch so I’m not sure if someone just doesn’t want to do their job or what’s going on. Come on people. Step it up this is ridiculous.
