There is a very efficient girl at the desk but she is very icy and impersonal and they charge more than other UPS in the area and she presses you to ship earlier and pay more. Very shady. If I pay for 3 day why wd the package mot arrive in 3 days.

I emailed the documents that I needed printed and was charged a three dollar computer usage fee for the employee to get onto the store computer and click print. I was also asked to pay before I could see the quality of the print or the lamination job that was going to be done. When I mentioned the three dollar computer charge being unreasonable I was smiled at and given nothing but silence.
