- JSJeffrey Schermerhorn6 days ago1.0This place is literally horrible. I’ve been fighting for weeks trying to get keys for the mailbox for my apartment. On top of that they also consistently lose packages going through here as well. High recommend and investigation into this place.

They told me to come back the next day as soon as they open before it gets shipped back and the holiday hit. I went back early next morning and they took the time to look for my package and handed it over so it wouldn't be sent back to sender. Appreciated it a lot since it was suppose to be a gift, awesome people.

Yesterday a package was said to be in my lockbox and wasn't there. And you call the USPS telephone number and only get automated service, can't speak to a human. Won't be able to get to the Post Office today for the missing package because of a hospital procedure. Terrible service.
