- CMChris MillerSep 16, 20251.0I think this place either has a card thief or they are really that incompetent. The past month they have gone downhill fast. I sell and ship alot of sports cards. Last week they failed to scan a card that was ground advantage (still not a week later) and have been of no help. Monday i dropped off 16 packages in the morning and none have been scanned yet. Over the last month I still have 20 packages that have not been scanned and im going to have to refund them all. Luckily ebay refunds the cheaper ones because they expect the post office to lose them but all the ground advantage ones im screwed. The post office will never let you claim insurance if they aren't scanned. I've lost almost $500 the last 2 months because of this. How do we launch an investigation?

They didn't have my apartment number so they put "return to sender" When i called they said "yeah just come pick it up before the next day" When i arrive to post office they threw it on the return truck at 0900 and now my package never got returned and is lost. How could you not hold my package for at least a day? And were so rushed to get rid of it without allowing someone time to retrieve it. Typical trash government employees not giving a damn about anything.

- LMLeslie MusickAug 18, 20251.0I went to the Yulee, FL post office this morning with a small box taped up and ready to mail. The lady refused to print out a mailing label for my box. She was curt and would not do anything to be helpful, but instead sent me to the back of a long line. She was the only one working at the counter. She said I needed to address the package. It was taped up with no where to write on it. I asked her to print a mailing label. She refused. She was clearly lazy and rude. I will NEVER go back.
