I can't tell how many postings per week I see on my community's Face Book page regarding lost mail & packages. Luckily I have informed delivery so I can see what's coming in the mail. In early December 2025 I had a jury summons coming. For three days I checked my mailbox. Nothing. I called the courthouse to let them know. If I didn't have informed delivery, I'd never have known about it. I have a neighbor who is waiting for a box. She got an email saying it was delivered over a week ago. As of Dec 26, 2025 still no package. The mail carriers are contractors. They could care less. Where are the federal postal workers? Jesus Escobar is the current post master. Mr Escobar, you need to get your post office in order.

Not only this, but we are getting mail addressed to other people. I have written a complaint after 7 months of trying to deal with it by ourselves and still no improvement. to try and help, i even wrote our names in the locked mail box sating these are the only people that reside here. But the letter carrier removed that paper and continunes to misdeliver mail.

I have called OVER 100 times this last 4 days to get them to hold a package or set an alternate pick up person and have not gotten them to answer their phone even a single time. Seriously who is in charge of this place? I have even tried calling at different times of day. Tried calling for literally an hour straight just now. Nobody here knows how to do even the simplest thing and just pick up a phone.
