    On February 6, 2026, I initiated a brochure design and printing request with The UPS Store #7616 via email correspondence. Documentation confirms that I: Submitted brochure files for printing, Agreed to a proposed $40 editing fee, and Requested proof drafts prior to approval or printing. Multiple proofs were later provided; however, the designs contained professional deficiencies including: Improper word breaks, Truncated business contact information, Formatting inconsistencies, Failure to follow requested design specifications, including background instructions. Because the work product failed to meet instructions or acceptable professional standards, I notified the store in writing that I would seek services elsewhere and discontinue the project. All communications are preserved within the email record. II. Continued Demand for Payment After Cancellation Despite my written notice terminating the project, owner Susan Frazier continued requesting payment of the $40 editing fee. I declined payment because: The design was never approved, Services did not meet requested specifications, and I formally withdrew prior to completion of services. I further requested written confirmation that no payment would be required and that the matter was closed. No confirmation was ever provided, leaving unresolved concern regarding potential improper billing or collection attempts. III. In-Store Incident – February 26, 2026 On February 26, 2026, I visited the store to make copies. Upon entering the location: Owner Susan Frazier pulled back a black partition in an apparent attempt to conceal herself from my view. While hidden, she began gossiping about me with an employee identified as Sarah, whom I had never previously met. The discussion occurred openly within hearing distance while I was present as a paying customer. I respectfully requested that Susan stop talking about me and, at minimum, respond professionally to prior email communications. My request was ignored. Susan continued whispering, giving looks, and discussing me with staff while remaining behind the partition. IV. Refusal to Provide Complaint Escalation Information Due to the ongoing hostile behavior, I requested contact information for a regional or district manager. Instead: Susan whispered to Sarah to instruct employee Ryan to provide me only Susan’s business card. My repeated request for regional or corporate complaint contact information was denied. I was informed that no regional or district contact information existed. This response effectively prevented reasonable escalation of a legitimate customer concern. V. Transaction Completion and Departure Employee Ryan completed my copy transaction while Susan continued speaking from behind the partition. Before leaving, I calmly stated to staff present that during future visits I would appreciate not being discussed or talked about as a customer. I extended polite courtesies, including wishing staff a good day prior to departure. The request and pleasantries were ignored, further reinforcing the hostile and unprofessional atmosphere experienced during the visit. I then exited the store peacefully without incident. STAY AWAY FROM THE PLACE!!!!
