    I was just told they could not mail an oil sample. I went to another UPS and show them the SDS and they did. Oil is not a hazardous material. It is class 65 with no restrictions for shipping. Thank you for the response. I told the clerk that the package was an oil sample. He immediately said they did not have a license for that type of shipment. I explained that the safety data sheet was inside the package and that used oil samples of this type have no shipping restrictions. He still told me they could not ship it. I also explained that the company receiving the package had provided me with their UPS account number because they only use UPS for these samples. I then went to another UPS location, showed them the same information, and they accepted it without issue.

    It's concerning to see how demanding some can be regardless of how hard a small business tries to please them. I'm at this location nearly every day dropping off our daily shipments and regardless of how long the line is, or the challenges the team are faced with, they remain positive and professional. There was one instance in particular that I would like to share because I believe this customer left a negative review and I would like to share what happened because I was on line along with nearly 8 patient customers. There was a customer wanting to ship to Beruit and the team member was patient and continued to explain pricing and how they don't control it. He also was explaining about customs and how the UPS store hasn't any impact on decisions. In addition, he explained that in the event the package was refused by customs it would be returned to her. Those weren't the answers she wanted to hear and she continued to become frustrated. Through it all, their team was patient and never once showed any sign of frustration or anger. In the meantime, it was closing time and the line was long. We all remained patient and after she tied up the entire store for nearly 30 minutes, she grabbed her items and said she would go to the post office. For those of us on the line, we were frustrated because of how disregarding she was not only to the team but to those waiting for service. Because it was near closing, the team member was alone. Even then, he smiled and apologized to all those waiting. This is how they roll...they're a caring and professional family. Leaving a review, some tend to share the headline, but not the story. Nothing he said would please her. This is why I wanted to shared what I saw. I hope her package gets to her destination, it was important to her. But I also wish she would have been more mindful.

    I want to share my experience with the store for the fingerprint appointment, Awful customer service there is no employee there to do the service we were 6 people waiting there for over one hour and the lady there she kept saying he his cars is broken so he will be late, when he came tries to log in on the old computer want work some problems with the computer and them they said the system shut down and I just wasn't my day
