An employee called us up and I explained to him I wasn’t done with forms because I wanted to confirm they were correct. He rudely berated me for them being incomplete, and I reminded him my appointment wasn’t for 20 more minutes, so I had time to do them. When I finished the forms, we were helped by Rene instead, who was pleasant, understanding, and kind. He didn’t treat us like we were an inconvenience. I had to complete the forms multiple times due to errors, and Rene could’ve just rescheduled us, and I would’ve understood. Instead, he chose compassion and patience. Unless you’re being helped by Rene, avoid this place for passport services.

When sending international packages, we put our number on the package. In the afternoon, I got a fake USPS text with a link to a fake USPS webpage saying I need to re-enter my credit card info to proceed with the package I sent because there was an additional fee to ship it that they forgot to charge me. Only USPS has my package information. Someone working at this USPS is scamming people.

She would not help me or honor the appointment I made, and gave me lots of attitude, so I left to another Post Office location that was very easy (Casselberry).
