  Hilda made this process so incredibly easy! She welcomed us into the agency and made sure to celebrate our first time home! She explained to us everything we were signing and was so incredibly kind and patient. Brian is also great!

  I had a complicated closing that went under contract back in July. The complications were not on the Title side at all as we had to replace the roof and then continue with the sale of the house. Where the title team was incredible was dealing with the horrible lender that the buyers were using. After getting the roof completed in time and getting everything that was needed for closing to the lender a week prior to closing the lender still took another 20 days after the closing date to get their act together. The team at Sunbelt was amazing in assisting with calling the lender, ensuring that paperwork requested was expedited and sent in immediately. It was their persistence, quickness, and communication that allowed us to bring this deal to a close. On the day before closing they lender tried telling the buyers that they were waiting on title commitment from the Title company. They requested the commitment at 1109 AM and I had an email showing it was confirmed received by the lender at 1115AM. If it wasn't for the awesome communication the lender would have tried to say it was the Title Company delaying things when indeed it was their team dropping the ball. Thank you Becky, Neicy and team for being on top of things and allowing us to shine bright on this deal.

  The ladies at the Sunbelt Title Winter Springs office are the best business partner I could ask for! Both Neicy and Becky go above and beyond what is asked of them. They process quickly and efficiently and are sure to get transactions done on a quick turn around and often times even ahead of schedule. I appreciate the way Becky is so accommodating to our clients and she always makes them feel special when at the closing table. She gives them her undivided attention and answers any questions they may have. Being a formal title closer myself I realize that everything falls into her lap and often not on the timeframe that it should. I'm grateful for her highly organized and cheerful personality! I will continue to use the Sunbelt Title office as they have never let me down in my many years in the business!! Thank you Becky and Neicy for your awesome attitudes!

  They had a simple owner finance to close for my personal home. Getting anyone to respond including the manager has been non existent. I was called back only once, two business days prior to closing although they had the file for over a month. No emails, no calls to assure me they had what they needed to close. They sent the seller their docs only two days prior to closing. I went in to sign on a TUESDAY but the sellers notarized docs of course had not arrived. I was assured the sellers signed docs would be in that day and it would close; docs would be overnighted to me by the next day. They left a msg saying the sellers docs arrived later that day. BUT I was Never notified if it did in fact close AND did not receive the executed docs in the mail as promised. I left a voicemail the next day on WEDNESDAY no response. Left another series of calls / voicemails on THURSDAY with no response. My final call at 4:50 pm on THURSDAY, the secretary answered and informed me the closing had taken place and assured me she was going to email me the executed docs. It is now 5:52 on THURSDAY no email. I have been in FL Real Estate for 30 years...Ridiculous!!!
