  I visited the Winter Park post office with my husband to mail a small ring. I told Stacey I had plenty of stamps and asked if I could use them. She said yes, so I placed the stamps on the envelope. When I asked how to put the address on the package, she told me to use a label. My husband picked one up and we were told the label costs $0.99. I mentioned I had paper in my car and could simply write the address myself. When I returned and handed her the envelope, she threw the package in a way that caused the label to fall out. I found that extremely rude and called her out on it. She said she thought I had taped it already. When I asked for a small piece of tape, she told me I would have to pay for the tape. At that point I asked for her name and told her that her attitude felt unfriendly and unhelpful. She responded by saying she was only responding to what I asked. When I said I would remember her name, she replied that she remembered my name as well, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. The whole interaction could have been handled much better with a more courteous and helpful attitude. Customer service and basic manners go a long way in making a simple visit a positive experience.

  Just had to come write a review on the top notch service I received. Normally the post office can be a place I dread going to, but my guy Victor really made it so smooth! I was trying to drop off some textbooks I was reselling, but ran into issues with my packaging label and boxes. Victor helped me choose the right box and even spent time helping me unpackage all my textbooks and repack them into the correct box. He taped it with care and made sure I didn’t have to lift a finger. What a guy! Great service.

  i dropped a package of two weeks ago, it sat there for two week, then they emailed me saying i could pick it up. i dont know how dumb you can be but this is ridiculous

  My elderly aunt asked me to ship something for her, emailing me the shipping label along with cash for them to print it because she doesn’t have a printer. They told me they don’t have a printer, and I have to go print it somewhere else and come back ….. am I insane, why is a post office telling me they don’t have a printer? While walking out I see a literal machine that says print your shipping labels here… I’m so confused
