What seemed to be the manager came out and confidently declared: • My smiling 3-year-old son wasn’t allowed to smile and kept telling him to stop saying “cheese.” • My infant daughter had to be laying down for the picture… and then said they couldn’t take it anyway because she was wearing a white shirt. We cut our losses, walked one block over to the Orange County Clerk of Courts (who actually specialize in passport services), and guess what? My son got his picture taken smiling. My baby girl kept her white shirt on while I held her — and they had zero issues with any of it. Moral of the story: Drop your packages off and run. This location is good for shipping, not much else. Save yourself the headache and go straight to the Clerk’s office for passport services.

I don't even know how the manager got her position, she is extremely rude to her staff and unprofessional. The company needs to find a new manager or they will continue to lose customers.
