I went for a change of address verification with everything I was told to have (2 forms of ID and my marriage certificate since I had changed my name recently). She said I was all set and I will receive a confirmation that it went through soon after. I, later received an email that my change of address was not processed successfully. I have tried calling for 20 minutes straight to speak to someone at the post office and there hasn’t been an answer.
