Went to there to drop off packages but also to inquire about my mail being returned to sender, and the lady at the front was so sarcastic for no reason. Even when trying to confirm if there were any issues with my packages, I was greeted with a ‘you can just look on the receipt’ reply instead of just answering my question. What tied it together was after saying thank you, I was greeted with a bitter sounding “bye”. I understand you can’t always be in a good mood, but is it so difficult to be the slightest bit polite?
