I have used this branch of the USPS many times with no significant issues. Shout out to an employee named Kelly who kept the line moving quickly on a Saturday morning. There were at least 10 people in front of me and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Very impressive!

These are some of the nicest and most patient people in the world. If you are one of the people giving them poor reviews, you ought to examine yourself. I have listened to you complaining and griping, showing your poor upbringing and bad manners! Shame on you!

Could give 0 stars if I could, front staff was so unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. Went to there to drop off packages but also to inquire about my mail being returned to sender, and the lady at the front was so sarcastic for no reason. Even when trying to confirm if there were any issues with my packages, I was greeted with a ‘you can just look on the receipt’ reply instead of just answering my question. What tied it together was after saying thank you, I was greeted with a bitter sounding “bye”. I understand you can’t always be in a good mood, but is it so difficult to be the slightest bit polite?
