I watched her interact with a frustrated customer that has to return because a signature was missed the day before when he was there for notary services. Since there was only staff present she couldn't couldn't apply the missing signature because a witness was needed and the customer came in alone. The guy left in frustration unable to get what he came in there done. When it was finally my turn they would't take my package because it was in the product packaging and not a shipping package. They said I could use any shipping package and when I tried to use a clear bag I found in my trunk, for Amazon from a previous trip to their hub, I'm told it can't be a clear bag. I was in a hurry by this point, so I paid the $5 for their packaging so I could get them to accept my return. I will never again use this location. Poor service all around.
