  I had such a great experience at The UPS Store thanks to Alexis. He went above and beyond to help me. Not only did he patiently walk me through how to get the correct shipping label, but he also offered to print it in-house. Because of him, I avoided having to make a second trip — which saved me so much time. It’s rare to find someone who looks for solutions instead of just pointing out problems. Alexis was proactive, patient, and very helpful from start to finish. Employees like him make all the difference in a customer’s experience. He’s absolutely a keeper and deserves recognition (and honestly, a raise!).

  Incredible personalized customer service at this location. Alexzis makes sure that everything is right and gives you all the information you need in a timely fashion. Much appreciated! We will miss this location after next year.

  UPS drivers around Winter Park are the worst parking in areas where they're blocking other people and won't allow them out of their parking spot just terrible and I personally never had a problem with USPS but always have problems with UPS

  I love the UPS store in Winter Park FL. Very knowledgeable people eager to help. They don't mind if it takes a few minutes to find the link needed to send a package. They will take your phone and search for you, big help for seniors!
