- AHAlex HuynhMar 26, 20261.0Paid extra to have them package and shipped my old apple monitor to be send to client in Missouri. It arrived damage with minimum packaging. Client provide proof with picture of damage product and the packaging. I contact the store and was advise to contact UPS to file the claim. The store stated if they wrapped the package their honor versus if I wrapped it. I let the store and paid extra for insurance, as well. I never received the full insurance payment because they stated I wrapped it. I called the store and need they talk to UPS regarding the wrapping since the store guarantee. Don't trust or recommend the store when they offered to wrapped the package and guarantee their works that it will be package safely. Still waiting for refund.I do not recommend
