- IMive martDec 16, 20251.0All packages arrived destroyed and clearly searched I paid $187 send and ensure packages each one arrived worse then the one before and the one that was totally open the first picture was left open at the office where I live this package was supposed to arrive at my door I am so hurt and upset I have not searched it yet for missing items that was disgusting and it has unfortunately become the norm when receiving packages at my home I am still waiting for one more package that should have arrived yesterday not sure what could be done can someone please direct me to an actual site where I can follow up when I tried to do so with my USPS experience it wants the information of the post office where I mailed it from that is not the offending post office. Not sure how to start a new review but here we are three days later and I am receiving a notice that my last package was placed in the parcel Locker I went down open my mailbox there is no key no package this Florence Villa is outrageous our mail lady is gracious she's fantastic but the ups that brings the packages and priority mail letters is a whole other experience on my last try I received the key with no number box I had to try every parcel Locker to see where it might fit the key was slightly damaged I'm so tired of paying good money and not getting my stuff
- AFAlicia FLDec 14, 20251.0Very poor service – Florence Villa Post Office (Winter Haven) I’ve had ongoing issues with this post office. My packages have been returned multiple times claiming the address could not be found, even though the address is correct. The service is unprofessional and inefficient, and there is no real effort to fix the problem. This location causes nothing but delays and frustration. They should close this office and keep only the main Winter Haven post office, which provides much better service. I do not recommend it.

Somehow it gets all the way here to winter Haven and gets lost said it was out for delivery but never got scanned as delivered ?! He said he would call me. It's already been reported lost / stolen .... Very disappointed! And will be filing a claim
