She went truly above and beyond to track down a package that had been mistakenly returned to the sender. Once it was en route back to California, I was told there was no way to intercept it, but Patti didn’t stop there. She personally located the package at the Ontario facility, reached out to contacts there, and someone on the other end literally went and found the parcel. If you’ve ever dealt with a package gone missing in transit, you know what a massive task this is, and most people would have stopped when it looked impossible. But Patti didn’t give up. She worked on this until the package was found and back on track. This wasn’t just any shipment. It contained something incredibly meaningful and was a gift for someone special. Patti treated it like it mattered, and that kind of care is rare. Leaving this review feels like such a small gesture compared to what she did, but I want it on record: Patti is an exceptional person who delivers truly exemplary service. Thank you, Patti, for all you did!!
