Stay away from this location if you value diversity and inclusion. The store up the road near downtown embraces diversity with its staff. I believe the man who made the comments is the owner of this store and I will be forwarding my experience to UPS corporate offices. Response: I never gave a date but the owner quickly responded that there was no incident on 10-4. This happened 2 weeks ago. Interestingly the response was not apologetic or inquisitive but denied anything on a specific date. I guess this happens frequently at this location for him to have to speak only to a specific date.

They interact with you making you feel at home. I remember Dominique, Rina and Marc they not only serve you but they personalize their service in a way to build a memory with you.
