The office staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, especially Ms. Serena, Ms. Debbie, and Ms. Tijana (please forgive me if I misspelled their name). There has never been a time I couldn’t count on one of these three. They are truly lifelines. The vast majority of my success with PeopleReady has been because of them. Jobs naturally come with challenges, but this specific PeopleReady branch genuinely sets their employees up for success. From dispatch, PPE (personal protective equipment), finding us work, being transparent about job details, to training us and helping us get licensed for certified jobs—they cover everything. If you have a skill in a trade, they literally have all job trades available. Temp-to-perm, daily, weekly work, with pay options that can be daily, weekly, or bi-weekly depending on the customer. Whatever the customer needs, PeopleReady delivers—we’re the “yes team.” Work ranges from simple jobs like lawn work to warehouse positions and machine operation. On a personal level, I truly appreciate this branch because it has helped me stay off the streets while also allowing me to care for my mother when I’m unable to work due to being her unpaid caretaker. That kind of flexibility and support is life-changing. I cannot thank the PeopleReady Winter Haven team enough for all their hard work, dedication, and genuine care for their workers. This branch deserves every one of these five stars.
