  I ship directly to SERVERAL UPS Store locations regularly. Every single one holds packages for pickup. This store decided to return mine to sender instead — no heads up, no call, nothing. That package was for a client. Lost the client now because of this stores refusal to service customers. When I called, the staff, they couldn't have cared less. Just told me to call the 1-800 number. No apology, no accountability. One store out of the bunch couldn't do what every other location handles without issue. Avoid this place if your shipment matters to you.

  I called ahead and was told faxing would cost $1.25 per page. When I arrived, I was charged $2.99 per page plus tax. Unfortunately the employee who quoted the price (Marilyn) had already left, and the staff present said they could not honor the quoted price. I understand pricing can change, but it would have been helpful if the store honored the information given over the phone or at least acknowledged the misunderstanding. Just sharing so others confirm pricing before making the trip.
