- HSHannah StoneOct 11, 20252.0i have tried to give this post office grace. i understand they are busy and probably understaffed, however, i spent over an hour calling the post office over and over trying to figure out where a package was (the package is worth over $250) only for them to never answer. why have a phone if you aren’t going to answer it? the only reason im give 2 stars is for the one lady with short hair who has always been lovely.

Tried to send a letter and the employee basically force me to use the self-service machine (I don’t really know why they couldn’t manage it on the regular work station as they regularly do). Also tried to send a small box and was instructed to “go back home, place the contents in a bigger box and come back”, even tho’ the box in question was not deteriorated.
