Just don’t ever move and put your mail on hold and then come to this office to retrieve it because, Rudolfo will laugh in your face then attempt not to help and everyone else will run around in circles and look at you like you’re crazy claiming that they don’t know anything and they can’t find anything in the system. This place is the worst. Definitely sending my complaint to corporate about this office.

For 2 years I keep receiving other people's mail and now I'm missing mail from the Social Security Administration. I get the daily informed delivery in my email so I know what is arriving.
