- TGTeresa Geib1 day ago5.0I stopped in with some returns today around 12:40 and I left one of the boxes I needed to return in the car because I couldn’t carry them all and it was heavy for me and I was going to ask for help, but they were a bit busy and the sweet young man behind the counter said is that it? and I told him I had one more in the car but it was a bit heavy for me and he said, I‘ll get it for you, and went right out with me a got it. I was so burdened on how I was going to get that box from my car to the return desk and he truly saved my day. What a sweet young man and what awesome customer service. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me and I wanted to share my experience. Kudos UPS for hiring people who care.

Im not kidding, UPS stood at my front door with a packagae from Texas and told me i needed to pay them $53.00 that is a tarrif fee. My vender didnt know anything about it, and no one had an explanation. Needless to say this isnt the end of this ordeal, as they would not give me the package, and UPS will deal with me after thanksgiving.
