  Awful customer service!!!! I used computer for printing. Documents started printing—a whole big stack of files that weren't mine. The employees were awful . “LOL bro it’s not funny, stop kidding LOL, I don’t know how term it off” Then the printer ran out of ink. Then she started looking for toner. She couldn't find it, started calling someone, and then disappeared. Another employee said, "Oh, I don't know if we can refill the toner”. I'm asking for a refund,but she said we can't. It's a third-party organization. Call them. It's terrible. The employees aren't competents, they're talking to each other and about the customers in front of them.

I'm asking for a refund,but she said we can't. It's a third-party organization. Call them. It's terrible.   The team today on February 2 2026 was insanely helpful & happy to go above & beyond for my odd shipment of antiques. They could have rolled their eyes at me & reluctantly packed my mess up that I rolled in with, but instead they carefully wrapped each piece & put thought into what box would be the most affordable/efficient. There was a line of people & the team worked so well together to get each customer what they needed. It was so refreshing to see & experience. I hope the right people see this review and take care of this team. So happy with the service!
