The employee told me their computer was down and sent me somewhere else to print a label. I drove to another UPS Store right after, and they took care of it in seconds — no issues at all. After seeing others had the same problem, I truly believe this location just doesn’t like doing Amazon returns. That’s not fair to customers and makes people lose trust in this store.

We're still waiting for them to make the delivery.

They were both helpful and provided excellent customer service. This is my first time in this store and will make it my home store as the staff exceeded my expectations.
