The employee told me their computer was down and sent me somewhere else to print a label. I drove to another UPS Store right after, and they took care of it in seconds — no issues at all. After seeing others had the same problem, I truly believe this location just doesn’t like doing Amazon returns. That’s not fair to customers and makes people lose trust in this store.
