When I don't have the answers I need when shipping, I can always count on reliable information from the crew working at Windermere. They always handle my packages with great care. There is GENUINELY no other post office I will go to send and ship my items. THEY ARE AWESOME! I wish this was 'my' zip code post office, but alas, it is not, but so much closer to home and work for me. KEEP BEING AWESOME, WINDERMERE USPS!
- RRRJan 11, 20263.0It’s ok. With government employees it’s a roll of the dice on how their attitude will be. My experiences have been mediocre at best, but there could be room for improvement. I think it’s good that there’s surveys you can take, but I think it should always be done after rather than right there. Willie asked me to review right on the keypad in front of him which I didn’t, but it was awkward. It’s similar to places taking advantage of people’s good nature and politeness by asking them to tip in front of the workers for just picking up their food at the counter. If it’s not tipping, it’s positive reviews. Anyway, hopefully the experiences will be better and they’ll find ways to be accountable while getting honest feedback from customers.
