- RRR1 day ago3.0It’s ok. With government employees it’s a roll of the dice on how their attitude will be. My experiences have been mediocre at best, but there could be room for improvement. I think it’s good that there’s surveys you can take, but I think it should always be done after rather than right there. Willie asked me to review right on the keypad in front of him which I didn’t, but it was awkward. It’s similar to places taking advantage of people’s good nature and politeness by asking them to tip in front of the workers for just picking up their food at the counter. If it’s not tipping, it’s positive reviews. Anyway, hopefully the experiences will be better and they’ll find ways to be accountable while getting honest feedback from customers.
