  My wife has the worst experience at this store. She runs a small business and this has been her go to store for years. Recently she had shipped an old iPhone where she was told the shipment cost will be 232$. She repeatedly asked why is it so expensive and what’s the price for 2day shipping. All she was told was that iPhones are expensive and that’s where the price came from, she proceeded with the shipment. Next day came to know that shipment was sent overnight and when she went back to ask why is it so. She was told it was due to the insurance she paid for previous day and she was clueless that word insurance was never mentioned and shipment was overnighted using NDA saver. I would never agree on forcing the customers to pay for service which is not what they need. Representative name Monish.

  I get no joy from saying this, but somebody in charge needs to know, I went in there a couple weeks ago and the entire store smelled strongly of body odor. No one else was there other than the two guys working, and when I entered the smell hit me immediately. There’s no way it can be blamed on a customer just passing through. It took hours for that small to build up. There is an outside possibility that it was some kind of food smell, but it smelled like BO to me. That said, the service was otherwise adequate.

  Eventually sent my item correctly, however are very keen to take your items prior to completed sale and reluctant to maintain adequate price transparency. Good for the location with moderate pricing!
