  As quoted in person less than 2 weeks ago they charge 4.00 a LB to shred your documents. Much much higher than most places as are most of their services. 2.67 times higher than FedEx at 1.50 lb. Both seem to use the same 3rd Party to actually do the shredding. UPS is a rip-off

  The staff today were super dismissive and rude. Opposed to telling people the store was closed early for the holiday I watched them just stare at people and kinda shoo them away. This was hard to watch and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this location if you’re looking to be treated like a human.

  By far, one of the worst UPS locations I’ve ever been to Horrible unfriendly service it’s after Christmas people want to return stuff which should be a very simple transaction. Most people have labels or you just scanned the QR code and boom you’re on your way, but this store makes actually no effort whatsoever to accommodate people you stand in a confusing line you don’t know if you’re on one lane or the other lane you don’t know who’s first who’s next they don’t address customers they don’t say we’ll be with you or anybody have a drop off. You could just leave it at the counter. They don’t say anything. What a horrible horrible location if you want a good UPS store you gotta go to Northridge.

  Needy( Hispanic long black hair girl that refuses to spell her name)did not pay attention to me the first 2 time I get in the store with packages...was too busy to watch her phone...she shouldwork with a mop instead of people...not the right person for the job....

  Ive been using this location daily for the past year and always have a great experience! Diego, and the others always get me in and out and they all help out!
