Ive been trying to reach someone in charge to discuss this matter for a month now via email and phone and there is nevet a manager available and no response to numerous emails asking for assistance. There is no customer service whatsoever. The employee was put off by having to do this to start and I sent an email before this issue voicing my concern over this being handled propely due to my experience to that point. This situation is far worse than I would ever anticipated.
