  UPS has been, without exaggeration, the worst shipping service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They lost my package at the very first facility it arrived at. To clarify, it didn’t get delayed, misrouted, or even make it partway through the system. It simply vanished immediately. What followed has been a month of absolute garbage nonsense. I have contacted UPS repeatedly, trying to locate the package or move the investigation forward, only to be told, verbatim, that they will not search for it and that contacting them is a waste of time. That is what their own representatives expressed to me. So let me be clear: I paid UPS to ship a package. They lost it instantly. They refused to look for it. And then dragged out a so-called sham “investigation” while offering zero help, accountability, or communication. Even on filing the claim they could not help me, or just refused outright to do so. The experience feels less like incompetence and more like outright negligence. There is 0 ownership taken for their mistake. If you’re considering using UPS: Don’t. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. Use USPS. At the very least when and if they lose your package you will receive excellent customer service. This has been, without question, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Note: the image is of the number of calls I've made over this month to UPS with not a single one of them properly helping me solve this or successfully finish my claim filing. And it takes at least 20-30 minutes to get a representative on the phone. The second photo shows they literally lost it at the facility I dropped it off at.

  This store is #1. The staff is always very nice and look happy. Had to mention today. We went to return my items today right before closing time and the staff was so nice. They had a long line and a lot of work ahead of them. Instead of looking at us with the why are you here at this time kind of look, they were so respectful and polite. Have to mention their names! Chris, Lucca and Juan were the ones who were serving the customers and they are commendable! Keep it up👏🏻
