    This has to be one of the worst Fedex Locations I have been to, the staff and manager refused to accept a return package claiming it was not safe to ship when in fact it was packed better than it was received.

    This morning, 11/10/25 around 10:25, I was pleased with the personal attention Bernardo gave me. Not only did he assist me with a problem I had scanning a large document, but just as importantly, he was so pleasant while doing it. Thank you Bernardo.

    I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff is here! Bernardo was my lifesaver for a recent project for a reunion. Professional, courteous and so very patient!! Garnet also very helpful and so creative. Johnathan, Nara, and Kamirah also helped along the way. Weston FedEx will always be my go to when I am in need! Thank you!!!!
