To only be told that they can’t do it! My appointment was in the late morning and I could have been notified. This appointment was for 2 children a big east of time.

Instead of creating a welcoming environment, she was rude and spoke in a disrespectful manner that made the interaction uncomfortable. Customer service should reflect courtesy and basic professionalism. Unfortunately, that standard was not met during this visit. I hope management addresses this, as experiences like this damage customer trust and the overall reputation of the business.
