Whoever the loan cashier was yesterday in the afternoon of March 23, was your typical postal employee… Rude inconsiderate less than desirable at Customer Service and an outright inept employee. Instead of attempting to cater to the customers simple request i’ve advising me of the least expensive way to ship a small package, she took it upon herself to shove brown envelope in my face without saying many words, as if that was my solution. When I go to pay for set envelope and shipment, it turns out to be the same exact cost of an express mail envelope which the price of the envelope is included in the shipment. When I questioned why she would offer me something that at minimum cost the same to ship, she essentially agreed and showed no remorse or consideration. After I decide to ship instead with express because as the name states the items would arrive sooner rather than later, I then receive the unexpected surprise of now having to pay for brown envelope, which I never asked for on top of the cost of shipping, the items express. So in essence instead of thinking, I was going to pay less for shipping the item I ended up paying way more than expected. So essentially she rudely and the literately did the contrary to what I had asked her to do. I know it’s hard to imagine, but I have received better customer service at the DMV.

it's not a good post office, or even place of business. There is always a long line and 1 person at their position, and 2 other people on break, wandering around, assisting much. An automated machine for stamps is needed etc...it would alleviate so much wasted time. I think this post office is around to make people dislike the post office in general. But I know better, there are better offices in downtown Boca, and even WPB by the PBSO Summit/Congress area. smh.

Avoid at all costs and pick another post office. Sadly one of the worst post offices. Used to be great but has gotten worse and worse over the last 10 years. Only 1 person working, long lines, you will literally spend less time going to a further post office than waiting in the line.
