  My husband and I came in on Thursday 4/9 to use the self-service printers, and while we didn’t personally interact with the employee at the print counter, we were honestly taken aback by how she was speaking to other customers. She was short, with greyish hair and glasses (I didn’t catch her name), and had a noticeable attitude with nearly everyone she interacted with. What stood out most was how she handled older customers, rather than helping them, she directed them to the self-service machines, even when they clearly didn’t know how to use them. It was uncomfortable to watch. Imagine that was your grandparent being treated that way. My husband actually stepped in to help a few people himself. Customer service should involve patience and kindness, especially in situations like that. If you’re that unhappy with your job leave. No one’s forcing you to be there. The whole experience left a negative impression.

  Kevin was more than happy to assess me while I was struggling to use. The printer also was juggling four different people at the same time helping them all. I recommend him for an upper management position due to the fact that he’s able to juggle multiple things at the same time thank you, Kevin

  People didnt seem like they wanted to work there. Behind the printing department very short with me. Like they hate thier jobs

  I can’t get too Happy About This! But I AM …. Staples always come thru The workers there are absolutely amazing, I called myself going to another company for prints and they weren’t able to give me me basic good energy. So I went back to where I belong. Printing Department the young man Kevin was so professional and patient, I walked away Unharmed 😆👌🏽🦋 He is so courteous and his team is on board with him, team players Staples Go! Thank you for assisting me ✨

  Dear Staples Management Team, I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent experience at your 1683 branch while searching for a computer mount. Initially, I received very poor customer service. I encountered a young lady with black hair and ombré tips who was not helpful, as well as an older gentleman with glasses who appeared too busy to assist us. Neither seemed willing to help us locate the item or check availability at other locations. However, I would like to specifically commend Ken, the store manager. He stepped in immediately and was able to confirm that the store actually had three of the items in stock. We are very grateful for Ken’s prompt and professional assistance
