The Summit Blvd USPS is my absolute favorite post office. I drive far out of my way to come here. The staff is always smiling and friendly and professional, even at the end of their shift. Special shout out to CRYSTAL and SHAMONTE for making me laugh out loud every single time we meet, and for being consistently super sweet. … thank you both again!

I’ve been hesitant to write this review, but after multiple bad experiences, it’s necessary. Thankfully, I’ve only had to visit this place a few times because I always try to avoid going in person. The customer service here is honestly the worst I’ve ever experienced.
They do not help customers, and they treat people differently if they don’t speak perfect English or have an accent. They make customers feel uncomfortable and waste their time. Every visit has been worse than the last. At this point, even the self-service machine is more polite than the staff.
It’s truly disappointing how poorly they treat the people who come here. I really hope management takes action, because the experience is consistently horrible.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to this post office early this morning and witnessed something completely unacceptable. Two women who didn’t speak English very well were being openly mocked by the clerks behind the counter. Instead of helping them, they made rude comments loud enough for everyone in line to hear.
What made it worse was that one of the employees (an older white man with gray hair) actually walked outside to record the two women on his phone, saying they “pissed him off.” Meanwhile, the line inside was getting longer and no one seemed concerned about doing their job or treating people with basic respect.
This kind of unprofessional and discriminatory behavior should never happen anywhere, especially in a federal service office. I hope USPS management takes this seriously and addresses the staff’s behavior immediately.

I arrived at 8:55 PM with a box ready to ship internationally. I had all the required information prepared. Upon arrival, the staff — including a lady and an employee named Mario — informed me that they could not process the shipment because they close at 9:00 PM and that the international process would take around 10 minutes.
I explained that I had been unable to come in for the past two weeks and made sure to arrive before closing. Despite this, they declined to assist. Their response felt insincere, and both employees made dismissive expressions as I was leaving.
I would appreciate it if this situation could be reviewed, as I believe arriving before closing time should have allowed for me to be assisted. Where I work I am more than happy to assist a customer as long as they arrive before closing, especially for a “10 minute process.”
