A very bad experience. Only two people were working, one was talking on the phone for over 20 minutes, and the one who served me was very rude. According to him, we have to bring our own tape because they don't have any to seal our packages, but that's the least of it; maybe those are their policies, but the attitude is what makes it so unpleasant. These are things that never happen at UPS.

Next I got a jerk named Izzy. Threatened to have me step out of line because I forgot my return address, which was a quick fix. I understand why rhis location gets bad reviews. I plan on making a formal complaint. I don't normally go this this location. Better customer service on Jog. Never again at this shitty spot.
