- PPPaulSep 25, 20241.009/25/24- first time i ever leave a review but its necessary, this lady who works there at the front desk Mare is the name in her nametag i see someone in the past made a complaint on her by the photo of the blonde lady, i just moved back to FL from KY i asked her to update my address she refused said i had to have an ID with a updated address which is a lie i’ve never had any issues updating an address before normally you just fill out the form and turn it in the bin but she asked for my id said that if i turned in the form she would throw it away i asked what i needed to do to get the address changed told me to go online which is also inaccurate thats why i went in person, i asked who i could speak to she said to go to Rivera Beach which too me seemed like a racial comment so i left without being able to update my address thus she is denying me access to my mail and withholding it which im pretty sure is illegal on a federal level so i will be filing a complaint online with US postal service website, Thanks. Regardless i turned in my form there i hope it makes it.
