I asked if my package (a small 4x4x4) will be handled with envelopes small packages etc. (my fear is that the lose it) and she quickly with a huge sarcasm in her voice said: well you better hold on to your receipt! Im obviously I’m not an expert or package handler so asking her would be somewhat of a professional help but seems like she doesnt care about providing customer service rather than collecting a check.
