I had a very disappointing experience due to the service provided by Nisha. From the start, her attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessarily hostile. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, she was rude and spoke in a disrespectful manner that made the interaction uncomfortable. Customer service should reflect courtesy and basic professionalism. Unfortunately, that standard was not met during this visit. I hope management addresses this, as experiences like this damage customer trust and the overall reputation of the business.

During the fall of 2023 the Haverhill, FL post office employees took several pieces of 1st class mail from me & my family. We dropped our mail off INSIDE the PO. They went into the slot in the wall that collects the 1st class mail into a bin BEHIND THE WALL! Only employees can access behind the wall. I spoke with the manager at the time and he said CUSTOMERS of the bank are stealing the mail before it leaves the building. Obviously a lie…customers have zero access behind the wall. The people at my bank explained what was happening. They see this a lot! An employee went through mail looking for checks with a high dollar amount. After opening the mail anything under $250 gets tossed. The bill never gets paid, until we get a late notice. One of my checks was taken by a PO employee and deposited via the thief’s online bank account. They ‘bleached’ out the name next to Pay To: and entered their name. The memo still said the invoice number the check was paying for. No LIVE teller would have cashed it. The PO did nothing about this and neither did the PBSO. I had a copy of the cashed check WITH THE ACCOUNT NUMBER of the person that did the mobile deposit. The authorities did nothing. Praise the Lord, my bank covered the amount. We haven’t been back to the Haverhill Post Office since. We drive our mail to a PO further away, wasting gas & time, but the bills make it to their destination. (My elderly parents refuse to pay their bills online or with a credit card. They are 94 & 87.)

My preferred USPS post office in West Palm! The lines here are usually shorter than at other locations, and the staff are always friendly. They genuinely go out of their way to let you know about the most cost-effective or fastest shipping options.
