She was professional, kind, and made a stressful process feel very easy. She is the best at her job! However, I had a very bad experience with another worker (the lady with the short purple pixie cut). She was very rude and unprofessional to the customers. While Kristen is a star, this other employee makes the office look bad. A "deeply human" interaction can make a huge difference. Thank you to the manager <3
