- MRMatt Rivard3 days ago5.0When UPS as a company, let me down, so it seemed. The team at this store picked me right back up! My tracking said the package was delayed due to bad delivery! I paid to have this delivered to UPS and called to verify this would all work prior. Then paid for Next Day AM air. So this was a huge miss on UPS when I got a delayed shipment email. The UPS driver got to the UPS Store location before they opened. My tracking said it wouldn't be until tomorrow I can now pick up my package, a day late and have angry customers... Delita and the team took over. They went above and beyond to make sure our package was received the day we needed it. All I did was ask, and they delivered great news from what could have been a bad day. Well done to all employees who helped at this location! Thanks
