  Maurice was very very rude incompetent about prices wanted to charge me 35 cents each page to send by email! Plus an extra 5 dollars he surely judges everyone that walks threw that door and I seen him do a notary him self with a customer without the third party present and no I’d was shown

  Shoutout to Delita at this UPS Store! My phone died while I was completing a return, and she graciously let me charge it so I could access my QR code. She was kind, patient, and professional. Excellent customer service that is greatly appreciated! Thank you Queen for going above and beyond! God bless you and all that you do!

  This is my neighborhood, UPS store and I frequent it often. At least once a week sometimes more I went today to return something and the Associates working inside were as helpful and kind and patient and efficient as always however, I’m extremely concerned for their well-being being that it’s 34° outside and there is no heat on inside of the location, which makes it very uncomfortable for the employees and also for the patrons who come to the store on a regular basis very poor working conditions
