  Yesterday I came to this particular location to get a page notarized. I was told to come today Saturday. I came in and asked for the notary. I guess she was in a bad mood and replied right away with a rude tone that she couldn’t do it. There weren’t busy at all, she just refused to do it. Now I can see the reason for a 2 stars in this location. NEVER AGAIN !!

  Customer beware. On 1/26 I paid for Next Day Air service at 1:06 PM. The package did not get processed until after 6:30 PM as stated on the UPS tracking site. The package was delivered on the 28th. UPS customer service told me to call the store in that they processed it too late in the day. The store representative told me to call UPS and file a claim. I said that leaves me, the consumer in the middle and did not get what I paid for. She said "I guess so" and hung up. My advise is to NEVER use this store or a independent UPS location, only work with the company directly. 516 S. Dixie you know what you did - Karma to you

  the young man working there. @ 516 S. Dixie Hwy./WPB, Fla. 33401/ I was in a rush & he quickly & efficiently helped me without asking questions I am a working artist& my color copy i needed was very important to me- & when he noticed some of the type was cut off from the edge- he asked if he could please do it again for me. He cared @ the quality for me. He cared @ my time. He cared @ my $- because he did not chrg. me for the 1st copy- which was awesome. I will make it a point to go back to this specific ups location rather than another -& rather than Staples etc. *If more people respected their job like him & treated people w kindness & with their respect as well- the 🌍 would be a far far better place for ALL of us to LIVE t

  Slowest UPS store I’ve ever been too. They literally sit there and assist people with packaging and troubleshooting emails on their phone before they help people that are prepared AND CAN EASILY HELP THE NEXT PERSON WHY THAT PREVIOUS ONE IS PACKAGING THEIR ITEMS. Worse than USPS At least they move onto the next customer while the other one is finishing whatever they need to get done to be able to send it out.

  The customer service rep Zarion is probably one of the BEST customer service reps I’ve ever encountered. Every single time I come to this location he is ALWAYS is a great mood & so helpful & patient! This guy deserves a promotion! I would hire him in a heartbeat if I could!!
