  First time coming here and Ashley at the return desk was absolutely a 10/10 so friendly and extremely helpful . I then dealt with Maria at the shipping counter and again greeted with kindness and was quick. I may start changing my returns to here from now on

  November 7, 2025 – Very disappointing experience I came to this Staples location to print a few pages from my phone. The employee I first spoke to gave little to no help and didn’t seem interested in making sure I understood the printing system. Because of that, I accidentally printed 10 color copies and 10 black-and-white, when I only needed 10 black-and-white. I was charged $11.66, but the “color” prints came out in black and white, and the “black-and-white” ones were just blank pages. When I returned to explain my situation, a lady helped me and called the young man who had first assisted me, but he never showed up. She then told me that the price I paid was for the pages already printed, and there was nothing she could do. It’s disappointing that a company like Staples allows this kind of poor service, especially when customers just need a little help and basic courtesy. (especially Hispanic customers).

  Forget about returning ANYTHING from Amazon here!!! No one was at the counter to help us. You will wait a minimum of 15 minutes standing in line aimlessly waiting for two employees , one on the phone talking to someone who is not in front of her and the other walking around looking like there is nothing to do! Poor time management

  I went to buy work supplies and other at this staples in west palm! A gentleman by the name Carlos helped me and was extremely patient with my needs. I was all over the place with what I need but je help informed me of all of my options. Also, after using the wonderful print center i had a issue with over printing! I was frustrated but tech Ashley help resolved my printing mess. Wow not used this this type of customer service! They even priced match what I found at Walmart! Because of employees like Carlos and Ashley I will he BACK!! TY

  Kevin was absolutely incredible! I came to Staples needing to print my resume and LinkedIn recommendations after finding out Office Depot and other places had no service. Kevin went above and beyond to help me get everything printed perfectly. He was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I left satisfied. Outstanding customer service! Staples is lucky to have him!
