That was the entire reason I chose to order from this location. Around 12 PM, I called to check the status, and I was told they hadn’t even started working on my order yet. I was then told it should be ready before 6:30 PM, but the employee also said they wanted to be honest and that it might not even be finished until the next day because there was a queue. This is extremely frustrating and misleading. If same-day pickup is being advertised, orders placed within the stated timeframe should be prioritized and completed that same day. Customers rely on that promise when choosing where to spend their money. If same-day pickup cannot actually be guaranteed, it should not be advertised that way. Transparency matters, and false expectations waste customers’ time and trust. I almost canceled my order entirely because of this experience.
