I was waiting to be assisted while she continued boxing items, even though I was already there waiting. During this time, she acknowledged and interacted with another customer who was at a different register for a separate service unrelated to returns, while completely ignoring me. She did not greet me, make eye contact, or say a word to me, yet she wished the other customer happy holidays. This behavior felt dismissive, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Customer service should be consistent and courteous to all customers. I hope this matter is addressed to prevent similar experiences in the future.
