However, the team at this UPS location went above and beyond to help me resolve the situation. A very special thank you to Ms. Candy, who truly made the difference. She took ownership of the problem, stayed on top of every detail, and made sure everything was handled correctly. She and the team were always kind, patient, and incredibly attentive. They even took the time to call me with updates, which showed a level of care and professionalism that is rare to find. Not only did they solve my issue, but they did so with warmth and genuine human kindness. I can confidently say this is the best customer service I have experienced at any UPS store in this country. Thank you for your dedication and outstanding service!
